It is wonderful how much may be done if we are always doing. “, and indeed that was the IID mantra this year. Always strive to be busy, always aim to bring more IID goodness into the lives of its members, always endeavor to continuously improve the IID brand within the industry. And now as 2011 takes its final breaths it is inevitable that we do a review of the year and take into stock all that has transpired. And what a year it has been!
